    <content type="html">today started good didnt eat anything till like 3 when my friend made me eat a slice of pizzia gross am sick of pizzia so ya and then at 5 i had some veg and i had 2 coffes and water and a cub of tea and that all i plan to eat for the rest of the day but i have a cup of green tea be4 bed my day would of been great but i hade the pizzia so tom am going to try to fast and olny drink water and grenn tea so ya wish me luck any1 else wanna fast with me ?</content>

    <content type="html">well doing well this morning i lot 2 pounds in like 3 days so am happy but cant wait to lose more my bf hates that i dont want to eat but the thing is am not that skinny am 5 '5 and 125 pounds goal wieght right now 120 so 5 away from that happy hope i can lose it bye next friday would be super happy so am doing a fruit and veg fast taday wish me luck hope every one is doing fine to think thin ladies xoxox</content>

    <content type="html">well i have read journals from this site for like a week now and u ladys are so great u have helped me in more ways than i could think anyway today i was just going to eat veg and fruit the first part of my day was good but then at night it went so bad i ate so much so ya any1 wany to fast with me am&lt;br /&gt;5'6&lt;br /&gt;128&lt;br /&gt;and my bf hates that i dont want to eat anyone like that?</content>
